I have noticed that besides us geeks, mainstream owners of iPhones and iPods don't watch a lot of videos on their devices, either because they don't want to or they don't know how. I tend to believe it's due to the latter. 

While I don't tend to watch full length movies on my iPhone, I do enjoy catching up on shows on the bus or in bed as I fall asleep.
